All about Inti Lake
Meet Lilly
Hi, I’m Lilly - owner of Inti Lake, and your personal Energetic Therapist.
I live in Melbourne, Australia with my little dog Jaeda, and run Inti Lake from my home on the coast.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me watching way too much Netflix, listening to music, or creating art. I’ve always had a deep affinity for animals, and I love nerding out on ancient civilisations and quantum physics.
My personal journey with energy began when I was 3 years old and realised that I experienced the world in a way most people didn’t. It was a normal part of my everyday life - and it shaped the way I understood people, animals, spaces, and life in general.
Helping others had always come naturally. I was the person people came to for help, advice, or a safe place to unload - even strangers. It fed my soul in a way nothing else did, and by the time I was 24, I knew I wanted to take energy work seriously and pursue it on a professional level to help as many people and animals as I could.
In 2022, at the age of 38, I decided it was finally time to create something of my own - and that’s when Inti Lake was born.
The story behind Inti Lake
When I started Inti Lake in October 2022, my intention wasn’t just to help as many people and animals as possible - it was to make care genuinely accessible. I wanted to understand why so many people were struggling to get the support they needed, and what barriers they were running into.
Instead of guessing, I decided to create a large‑scale survey and asked people to share their experiences. Several thousand responded, and the patterns became clear immediately.
It was inspiring to see so many people willing to contribute, but it was also heartbreaking. Their answers weren’t just feedback, they were pleas for change. People were overwhelmed, and defeated, and desperately hoping someone would finally hear them.
I gathered the most common barriers they were facing, and they became the foundation Inti Lake would be created on. Accessible, inclusive, and real. Every part built to remove obstacles, and make getting care easy.
The barriers people faced
Here are the barriers people told me they were facing, and the solutions I built into Inti Lake to remove them:
Barrier: Care is unaffordable
Solution: Affordable pricing, flexible payment options like Afterpay, and discounts for people receiving government income support payments.
Barrier: No relevant care options nearby
Solution: Remote sessions you can access from home, anywhere in the world (excluding USA/Canada).
Barrier: Appointments only available during work or school hours
Solution: Open 18 hours a day, 7 days a week - no time off required
Barrier: Anxiety around phone calls and video calls
Solution: Text‑only communication through SMS, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger.
Barrier: Long waiting lists
Solution: No waiting lists. You receive care when you need it.
Barrier: Too unwell or unable to leave the house
Solution: Remote sessions that allow you to stay exactly where you are.
Barrier: Difficulty explaining what’s wrong
Solution: Energetic therapy doesn’t require you to explain, for it to be effective.
Barrier: Lack of understanding/discrimination toward neurodivergent individuals
Solution: Neuro‑affirming care.
Barrier: Lack of understanding/discrimination toward LGBTQ+ individuals
Solution: LGBTQ+ affirming care.
Social Impact Initiative
Inti Lake plants one tree and donates $5 to PetRescue Australia for every session booked. Together, we’re helping to reforest the world, support conservation of flora and fauna, create jobs, strengthen communities, reduce the impact of consumer emissions, and helping pets find their forever homes.
Your healing creates ripples of care - for animals, for the earth, and for the future!
